PupilHive is an AI-powered teacher CRM that helps educators manage attendance, generate quizzes, draft report cards, and track student progress. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or practicing educator to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PupilHive only for lawful educational purposes. You may not use the service to store data unrelated to your teaching practice, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate applicable laws including student data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, COPPA).
5. Student Data
Any student data you enter into PupilHive is owned by you and your institution. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use student data for advertising or any purpose outside of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content, branding, and software comprising PupilHive are owned by PupilHive and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload.
7. Limitation of Liability
PupilHive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PupilHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PupilHive after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
